Marketing Coordinator
HW has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator to prepare proposals and develop marketing materials. Proposals include detailed descriptions of work plans and qualifications of our firm. Marketing materials include our website, printed materials on specific service areas and trade show displays. Strong organization and writing skills required. Knowledge of environmental consulting business and desktop publishing skills are important.

Staff Accountant
HW has an immediate opening for a staff accountant to support the activities of our business office. The work includes support for monthly bill preparation, collections, contract management, development of overhead rates and other accounting duties as necessary. HW has a significant and growing number of federal contracts with the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration that require ongoing contract management, including specific monthly invoicing requirements, and support for regular compliance audits. Past experience with federal contracting and reporting is requested, including experience with audits and contract compliance reviews.
