HW provides civil and environmental engineering services to municipal, commercial, and private clients in the fields of wastewater, water supply, stormwater management, coastal structures, oil and hazardous materials assessment and remediation design, and residential and commercial site development. We typically assist our clients in all phases of their projects, including conceptual planning, alternatives evaluation, final design, contractor bidding and selection, construction inspection and construction administration.
In addition, HW assists municipalities with regulatory review and construction observation of residential and commercial developments, including zoning conformance, special permits, drainage, roadway, sewer, and water supply.
Our staff includes registered professional engineers, highly trained technicians, environmental scientists, hydrogeologists, soil evaluators, and land use planners.
