Hydrogeology
From our inception in 1988, hydrology and hydrogeology have been primary focus areas for the Horsley Witten Group (HW). We have conducted primary hydrogeologic research and applied our expertise to assist our clients with water supply, wastewater disposal, water resource protection, and hazardous waste assessment and remediation. Our clients have included public, private, nonprofit, and Native American interests.
With project experience on both the east and west coasts of the United States, the northern Midwest, Canada, Central America, and the South Pacific; we have worked in terrain dominated by bedrock exposure of different types and properties, non-glacial sedimentary deposits, and Karst glacial sediments. Our hydrogeologic investigations typically include elements of information review, field evaluation, subsurface exploration, and groundwater modeling.We provide hydrogeologic services that include:
