Stormwater Advisory Committee

Members of the Ipswich Stormwater Advisory Committee were appointed by the Board of Selectmen to develop a comprehensive approach to the implementation of the Stormwater Management Bylaw.

* Rick Clarke replaced Bob Gravino and became the Acting Director of Public Works in January 2010, when Mr. Gravino retired.

** Jim Foley was originally appointed as the Board of Selectmen representative to this Committee, but was replaced by Pat McNally following local elections.

In addition, Horsley Witten Group, Inc., has been providing technical assistance to the Stormwater Advisory Committee under contract with the Department of Public Works.
