New Office in Providence, Rhode Island
Horsley Witten Group is pleased to announce the opening of its new Providence office at 370 Ives Street.
Senior Planner Nathan Kelly, AICP, will serve as the Office Director. Nathan has successfully completed projects on innovative site design, village-scale redevelopment and affordable housing development and continues to aid municipalities in revising their Zoning Ordinances. His planning work to date includes the implementation of Transfer of Development Rights, comprehensive zoning revisions, ‘Smart Growth’ visualization, and Low Impact Development (LID) site design.
