HW’s staff has experience directing both public and private construction projects of various sizes and complexities from permitting and design through bid advertisement, contractor evaluation and selection, construction cost estimation, then administration of the project through on-site inspection, schedule tracking and negotiation, review of shop drawings and requests for information (RFIs), change orders (proposed, negotiated and accepted), on-site construction meetings, punchlist preparation, and project closeout.
We understand that the construction phase of a project can provide the greatest risk and/or opportunity for cost to the owner.
