Environmental Permitting & Compliance

Ecological Restoration

HW brings a long history of successfully permitting projects through regulatory boards and agencies, and facilitating public participation, outreach, and planning to build consensus among stakeholders and officials.  We have worked for dozens of Municipal Planning Boards, Boards of Health, Zoning Boards of Appeals, and Conservation Commissions throughout New England to review infrastructure development projects that are proposed in compliance with local ordinances, and state and federal regulations.  Our staff maintain regular contact with regulatory agencies, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates.  In addition to technical expertise, we provide public outreach and education, translating complex issues and technical material for decision-makers and stakeholders.
